Students may enter at different levels based on qualifications and prior training. You will choose a Primary Program on your application, with an optional Secondary Program of Interest.

College of Trichology Science

The clinical home of KISSED University. Four sequenced pathways: Certified Scalp Scientist (Level I) → Associate Trichologist (Level II) → Holistic Trichology Practitioner Certification (Level III) → Doctor of Trichology Science (Level IV doctoral pathway).

Level I
Certified Scalp Scientist Certification

Entry-level certification covering scalp anatomy, microscopy fundamentals, scalp assessment, and foundational clinical scalp care.

Level II
Associate Trichologist

Builds on Level I with deeper clinical reasoning, advanced microscopy, and applied trichology consultation skills.

Level III
Holistic Trichology Practitioner Certification

Builds on Certified Scalp Scientist + Associate Trichologist. 12 advanced courses across functional systems, advanced HTMA, hormonal/autoimmune patterns, clinical diagnostics, and therapeutic modalities.

Level IV
Doctor of Trichology Science (DTS)

Doctoral pathway emphasizing dissertation research, case studies, clinical reasoning, teaching, and applied professional practice. Students are admitted into the doctoral pathway, not individual courses.

Clinical Residency Programs

Hands-on clinical residency pathways for certified practitioners. Residency programs are credentialed separately from the foundational Trichology certifications and may be completed in-person or via structured online case-based formats.

How admissions work

  1. Complete your application. A non-refundable $50 application fee is required to submit your application for admissions review — you'll be taken to a secure Square checkout to pay.
  2. Our Admissions Team reviews completed applications within 3–5 business days.
  3. You receive an emailed decision: Accepted, Conditionally Accepted, Waitlisted, or Declined.
  4. If accepted, you choose one of two enrollment pathways:
    • Pay Program Tuition in Full — receive access to all courses within your selected program.
    • Pay Per Course — purchase one course at a time. Upon successful completion of each course, you receive a Certificate of Completion documenting instructional hours and earned credentials.
  5. All tuition and course fees must be paid before access to coursework is granted.
